This position provides hands-on leadership to the mobility services team ensuring safe efficient and dignified assistance to passengers with mobility needs overseers daily operations training service quality scheduling compliance with safety accessibility standards ensures timely passenger transport within terminal to/from aircraft adherence security protocols coordination airlines ground services operations.Responsibilities
- Lead daily mobility services operations including staffing scheduling task delegation ensure timely passenger assistance smooth passenger flow.
- Supervise Mobility Specialists temporary staff as needed provide coaching performance feedback development opportunities.
