Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry document preparation record-keepingAttend meetings take notesSet up maintain calendarsMaintain databases submit reports fulfill contract requirementsRegister clients with Sacred Path enroll them Family Resource CenterManage gift card purchase distribution process other program purchases Assist logistical planning coordination agency events workshops training sessionsHelp prepare materials flyers sign-in sheets set venues provide on-site support during eventsMaintain communication internal staff facilitate smooth operationsAttend outreachworkshopssevent neededSchedule Zoom meetingsAssist coordinating office equipment maintenance repairsAssist administrative support Sacred Path DayCare facilityProcess invoices reimbursements track expenses maintain accurate financial recordsHandle sensitive client personnel information discretion maintain strict confidentialityEnsure compliance agency policies procedures relevant regulationsKeep SupervisorCEO well informed regarding activities pending issues potential problemsComplete tasks deadline work team meet goalsOccasional evening weekend work may requiredOther duties assigned required fulfill mission Sacred Path
