    This is a full-time, multi-tasking position in an often fast-paced environment with changing priorities. The successful individual will create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organization and professional communication with all members of the company. The Office Assistant provides specific support as needed to the corporate team (HR and Business) and the company's divisional teams (Proposals, Sales, and Operations).

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming calls / communicate and gather accurate information / direct callers to the right department
    • Process outgoing and incoming mail and packages accurately and promptly
    • Welcome / provide general support to visitors, job applicants, etc.
    • Manage phone issues for the DC Metro office
    • File / retrieve paperwork as needed or requested
    • Ensure conference room is prepared for all meetings and events
    • Act as liaison for IT support requests
    • Executive tasks as needed to support the executive team
    • Assist job applicants as needed (copying documents, translating English/Spanish)
    • Stock and inventory kitchen, restrooms, and copy centers with proper supplies
    • Be proficient in remote meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams); set up remote meetings as directed
    • Assist with the Nationals Baseball ticket assignment process
    • Assist with in-house or off-site activities (i.e., company events, meetings)
    • Coordinate vendor services
    • Data Entry
    • Uniform Closet management
    • Other administrative tasks as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience with quality customer service in person, phone, and written communications
    • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
    • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
    • Experience in a growing or mid-sized organization
    • 2 + years of experience as a receptionist or office assistant
    • Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
    • Bilingual in Spanish with written and verbal fluency
