- Administrative tasks including triaging calls, managing prior authorizations, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Providing direct patient care, including but not limited to, conducting assessments, administering medications, and assisting with procedures as needed.
- Offering patient education on various health topics, treatment plans, and preventive care measures to promote overall wellness.
- Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in a primary care setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare team members.
