    Paradigm Rehabilitation

    is seeking a highly enthusiastic and team-oriented Speech-Language Pathologist. Our primary goal is to make a difference in the lives of our patients. This Speech Therapy position is in the post-acute/SNF setting.

    Your Responsibilities:
    Screen & evaluate patients; working to develop initial and ongoing treatment plan of care
    Work with patients to optimize speech and swallowing function while being willing to learn new ideas & approaches to care
    Thorough documentation; timeliness and accuracy is key
    Educate patients & staff
    Collaborate as an integral part of the care team
    Understand how we partner with facilities, nursing, and other staff for the benefit of the patients


    The Requirements:
    Must maintain a valid state license; Maintain awareness of issues related to the profession of Speech-Language Pathology
    Proficient in clinical documentation using Net Health/Optima or similar software

    All healthcare workers must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved exemption/submit to regular testing per the CDPH order.


    Education:
    Graduate of a Council on Academic Accreditation (CAA) accredited school of Speech Therapy


    Your Certificates/Licenses:
    Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence for Speech-Language-Pathologists (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association's (ASHA) certification
    Valid Speech Therapist CA state license
