    Key Duties and Responsibilities
    The key duties and responsibilities of the IT Network Field Engineer include, but are not limited to:
    Experience with many aspects of IT infrastructure including network equipment, network servers, network services.
    Hands on experience with communication and routing protocols; OSPF, BGP, DNS, TCP/IP, IPSEC, 802.1x.
    Experienced with Zabbix / Auvik and SolarWinds Orion in monitoring or troubleshooting devices.
    Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of network equipment, wireless systems, firewalls.
    Experienced in switching and routing to include troubleshooting issues within the equipment.
    Experienced or working knowledge in building and testing Cisco IPsec VPN tunnels.
    Provide Visio documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
    Work with Care Centers, Vendors, IT teams and IT management on problem resolution, short and long-term planning
    Travel to Care Centers within the Puget Sound Area with occasional longer distance travel.
    Collaborate with vendors and external partners in resolving problem, evaluation of technology and solutions, pricing and maintain close relationship for maintenance and support
    Lead and collaborate with others on incident response for issues and end point devices
    Other duties as assigned

    Education/Experience
    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, other technology related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    5 + years of relevant work experience in Information Technology
    2 + years Network Engineering or similar roles
    Experienced in working with Cisco Switching and Routing
    Experienced in working with scripting or CLI
    Experienced and working knowledge of Cisco ISE / ACI
    Experienced with Cisco ASR, ISR and Nexus 9000
    Experienced with Fortigate NGFW's
    Experienced in designing and building IPsec VPN tunnels
    Working experience with Meraki Firewalls and Wireless
    Working experience with Cisco AnyConnect
    Working experience with Cloud architecture a plus

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    Demonstrated strong ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and solve complex problems
    Demonstrated strong ability to understand and apply security for Network appliances,
    Excellent Communication and Project Management skills
    Ability to work independently, manage multiple conflicting deadlines and competing priorities
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
