• Contribute where needed in the design stages of construction projects
• Contribute technical expertise to project drawings and designs
• Prepare work schedules in collaboration with the project manager
• Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers
• Oversee electrical construction processes
• Material acquisition and construction material management
• Aid in the construction projects completion on time and within budget
• Document progress and keep detailed construction logs
• Ability to present progress updates to project or plant managementPerformance measures
• The E&I Construction Resource will be evaluated on several factorsa. Ability to manage contractor scheduling within project timelineb. Demonstrates competence in material acquisitionc. • Entry to this position requires an AS Degree in Construction Management or related disciplineOr 10 years practical experience in construction or facilities maintenance in a leadership role.
