    Corteva Agriscience is looking for an innovative, energetic, and transformational Senior Benefits Analyst.

    This is an individual contributor role working within a collaborative, high performing team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, ability to effectively prioritize, be team oriented and have an ability to maintain confidentiality.

    Primary Responsibilities - What you will do to help us grow

    • Manage day to day administration of health and welfare benefit plans including processes like HSA funding, QMSCO, COBRA, dependent verification, first level appeals and others.
    • Support significant benefits initiatives including but not limited to:
    • Annual Enrollment planning, communications, testing and system updates.
    • New vendor RFPs and implementation.
    • Integration of new company acquisitions
    • Be responsible for adherence to compliance with federal, state, and local requirements including coordinate and support the preparation of government filings such as 5500, Summary Annual Reports, HIPAA, 1094/1095, Non-Discrimination Testing and monitor for any newly enacted legislation.
    • Continually identify and improve the delivery and administration of various benefit programs and focus on exceptional employee experience.
    • Utilize case management data to drive an optimal HR service delivery model.

    Qualifications

    What expertise have you grown - What you bring to the table

    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • With a bachelor's degree a minimum of three years' experience in working with self-funded and fully funded US health and welfare plans including development, integration, implementation, and project management.
    • Without a bachelor's degree a minimum of 5 years' experience in the areas listed above.
    • Very strong knowledge of benefit plan administration and ability to monitor compliance related to ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ACA, IRS rules and other state and federal government regulatory requirements.
    • Experience collaborating with internal and external resources within HR, IT, payroll, legal, finance, TPAs, consultants, vendors, and government agencies.
    • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to generate and analyze complex reports.
    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive and positive energy.

    Salary Range

    The salary range for this position is $79,000 - $99,000 yearly. This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base salary for this role. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus. Based on factors such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.
