- Prepares tactical SIGINT/Cyber Soldiers to conduct expeditionary SIGINT/Cyberoperations.
- Serves as the subject matter expert in SIGINT policy, SIGINT Intelligence Oversight practices, and all elements of tactical SIGINT Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (TCPED).
- Provides technical experience and knowledge of computer networks and communications infrastructure resources.
- Coordinates and leverages UNIT X, SOCOM, USASOC and National Security Agency resources to facilitate and/or enable the tactical units' SIGINT overwatch, reach, or National/Tactical integration mission.
- Performs risk evaluation and assessment of networks.
- Conducts targeting, collection, analyses, processing and dissemination of information related to SIGINT in accordance with appropriate laws, regulations, and procedures.
