    Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

    Experience:


    • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

    Requirements:


    • This role may require floating to additional units and locations


    • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.


    • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.


    • Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.


    • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Integris Health, Inc. and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Integris Health, Inc..

    Additional Details:

    Required Skills/Experience: Adult Acute Care, Equipment.

    Preferred Skills/Experience: Bedside/Portable Procedures, Emergency Department, ICU, GE, Adult ICU.

    Required Credentials: In addition to a valid driver's license, you MUST include a proof of address document to apply. The document must be in your name & match the address on your driver's license (and issued within the last 3 months). Any document other than those listed below will NOT be accepted:

    - Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer, or Wi-Fi
    - Mortgage Statement or Lease Agreement

    Other Requirements: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

    5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 05/25/2026, 07/04/2026, 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0

    2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
