- Enhancing network security, as well as documenting standard operating procedures
- Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues
- Train employees in using software and hardware, and provide technical support
- Analyze current and future IT needs and make recommendations to support growth
- Bachelor's degree in computer science
- 2-4 years of experience in IT
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software and networks.
- Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
