RN Labor and Delivery Full Time Days Position Summary
This crucial role involves providing direct clinical care to patients. The position entails the assessment, planning, and implementation of direct clinical care to assigned patients on a shift-by-shift basis at the unit level. Additionally, this role involves supervising staff to whom appropriate care responsibilities are delegated. The individual in this position is accountable for supporting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and suitable nursing care, maintaining the competency of clinical staff, and managing resources effectively in relation to patient care.
Responsibilities:
Education
Required: Completion of an accredited School of Nursing program
Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
Certification
Required: Current license, certification, or registration to practice as mandated by state law, regulations, or policies. CPR certification
