A healthcare facility located near Charleston is looking for a full-time Chief Nursing Officer to join their team.

Responsibilities

At least 5 years' experience in a hospital or acute care setting as a nursing leader managing large teams.
Leadership experience in nursing to include responsibilities such as 24-hour accountability, patient satisfaction initiatives, FTE management, policy, procedure, and budgetary oversight,

Qualifications
Current and unrestricted RN license in WV and BLS certification (ACLS Preferred).
