    Finish Sprayer Trainer

    Safely and efficiently manage the finish area and assist the supervisor, with an emphasis on ensuring the application of stain, toner, and/or sealer meets or exceeds expectations.

    • Conduct regular sprayer audits (minimum 3 audits a week for full-time sprayers)
    • Certify sprayers
    • Show and explain video training films

    Update ASDOT database daily. Calculate Sprayer Operator scores and averages for certification. Train Sprayer Operators on SOS and booth maintenance processes.
