    Client Implementation Specialist

    We are looking for a Client Implementation Specialist to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for new Arch clients. As a Client Implementation Specialist at Arch, you'll help shape and grow our company as we expand and scale our reach to new customers and users.

    Key Responsibilities



    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Account Onboarding
      • Develop personalized onboarding plans that outline specific steps and milestones, then ensure those plans are adhered to.
      • Work with clients to organize and onboard investment information, maintaining consistent communication every step of the way.
      • Communicate with fund managers on behalf of clients to receive and reconcile investment and account information.
    • Data Collection and Quality
      • Process and monitor account information, including updates from clients and funds.
      • Monitor client accounts for data quality issues and promptly address any discrepancies.
    • Education
      • Provide training to end user groups to ensure deep product understanding and adoption.
    • Communication and Relationship Building
      • Conduct regular check-in meetings with clients during the onboarding process to assess their needs and satisfaction.
      • Build rapport with clients and ensure a white glove onboarding experience.
      • Maintain comprehensive client records and notes in our CRM system.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    • Have 2+ years of experience in project management or managing high net worth clients.
    • Possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Are committed to "over delivering" on deadlines.
    • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Have the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Bonus points if you:

    • Have previously worked in wealth management, a family office, fund management, accounting, or a related financial field
    • Are familiar with the terms capital calls, IRRs, recallable distributions, or K-1s
    • Know SQL or want to learn
    • Have taken finance or accounting courses
