Our office has more opportunity than we can keep up with, perfect position for a motivated agent to see quick success. We want highly motivated and determined job seekers to APPLY TODAY.
New agents are provided with live quotes daily from our dedicated marketing team as well as opportunities to work with current customers on cross sales.
New agents will be required to train in the office for 1 year before reviewing remote opportunities. Agents must be licensed in WA State prior to starting with the agency, we do provide licensing training.
We have office space at our location is in Monroe WA with Reverse commute for many cities and training/office space available in Bothell WA. Opportunity to work remote for agents with existing industry experience that consistently hit their numbers, agents will have remote virtual team access and live coaching and be required to maintain standard office hours.
