Job summary
The Clinical Homeless Outreach Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing development plans and support services for unsheltered homeless clients to help them obtain housing and achieve self-sufficiency through street outreach.This position exercises direct supervision and works with community organizations, neighborhood associations, government organizations, faith-based organizations, council district offices, Homeless Hotline,
311 law enforcement the SAPD San Antonio Fear Free Environment Unit and other service providers.
