Wicked Cantina, located in Sarasota, seeks a talented, experienced prep cook to join our team.

As a prep cook, you will be responsible for preparing all ingredients needed for the kitchen and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare all ingredients needed for the kitchen, including chopping vegetables, preparing meats, and measuring ingredients
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including washing and sanitizing kitchen equipment and tools
• Assist with the creation of new dishes and specials
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar role
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift to 50 pounds
