We are looking to hire suitable candidates for HBITS Senior Business Analyst opportunity with one of our clients in Albany, NY.

We are a prime vendor to the New York State and work on their HBITS: Hourly-Based IT Services (New York Statewide) requirements.

Primary Skills:

• 84 months experience as a Business Analyst working on software enhancements or new application development project(s) gathering and prioritizing business requirements with users and documenting business requirements.
• 84 months experience with analysis and documentation of complex business rules, workflow processes, and re-engineering business processes.
• 84 months experience leading meetings and facilitating requirements sessions with business/program subject matter experts including functional requirements, non-functional requirements, and security requirements.
• 84 months of experience with developing and implementing effective communication plans and working across large multi-discplinary teams.
• 72 months experience with creating and developing documentation: business requirements, business and system process flows, swim lane diagrams, use cases, user interface mockups, user documentation, and technical specifications.
• 72 months of experience with technical documentation including test plan and test scripts.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Information Technology from an accredited institution.
