    Make an ImpactFossil is currently searching for a Marketing Specialist to join our global brand marketing team for Fossil's portfolio of licensed brands.

    The role's primary purpose will be to plan and deliver multi-channel marketing programs that support Michael Kors and Diesel in achieving top global and regional performance with a focus on wholesale and retail channels.

    The successful candidate will be a self-starter, collaborative individual and decision maker.

    The candidate will be responsible for working collaboratively across a cross-functional team to include other departments such as regional teams and creative services.


    Some essential responsibilities for this Marketing Specialist include:

    Collaborate in building strategic marketing plans that align with key product focuses and global brand initiativesBuild and implement go-to-market tools for global wholesale partners and execute wholesale marketing plans and strategies for North AmericaLead seasonal content development with cross-functional art teams for execution in integrated global marketing programs that include media, wholesale co-op, and PREstablish and maintain a strong relationship with Licensors in order to coordinate integrated marketing plans and partner with Licensors to support the category on their owned and operated channelsPartner with internal Merchandising teams to align on business objectives and strategiesManage both internal and external creative work streams and approvals Help maintain budgets and facilitate accounting processesWho We AreAt Fossil Group, we dare to dream, disrupt, and deliver in a better way.
