Join our team to help us achieve our mission by inspecting and pricing donations to be made available for sale in the store. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that quality items are appropriately priced and displayed, ultimately contributing to the success of our organization and its mission.

    We are seeking energetic, task-oriented individuals with good organizational skills and attention to detail. Applicants should enjoy a busy multi-faceted working environment.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Education: High school diploma or equivalency preferred but not mandatory.
    • Experience: Retail or production experience is preferred but not mandatory.

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

    • Inspect donations to ensure quality standards are met.
    • Price donations appropriately based on guidelines provided.
    • Maintain accurate record-keeping for inventory and pricing purposes.
    • Perform housekeeping and janitorial tasks to keep the work area clean and organized.
    • Sort and organize unsaleable donations for return.
    • Assist donors with accepting donations and provide excellent customer service.
    • Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

    PHYSICAL REQUIIREMENTS:

    • Standing for extended periods.
    • Walking throughout the work area.
    • Bending, stooping, and reaching.
    • Lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
    • Climbing stairs as needed.
    • Pushing and pulling merchandise or containers.

    SCHEDULE:

    • Work a flexible schedule in support of the store opening, production, and closing operations including work on weekends and holidays.
