What's on the Table:
The pay range for Sales Agents falls between $23 and $25 per hour (flexible based on experience) plus a 10% commission on New Business written according to the agency's rate.
Our compensation package includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and bonus incentives.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Sales Agent, your role revolves around both Commercial and Personal Lines Sales. This position entails inside sales activities to build a client base through various means such as inbound leads, cross-selling, customer referrals, and other lead generation techniques. Your focus will be on fostering customer relationships, identifying their needs, and proposing tailored insurance solutions from our extensive roster of 100+ carriers. The qualifications for this position involve a positive attitude, adept multitasking skills, strong follow-up capabilities, and excellent communication proficiency. We value teamwork and are on the lookout for individuals who can collaborate effectively with their peers.
