    Join our team as a Medical Surgical Float Pool Registered Nurse to play a vital role in patient assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Formulating and evaluating patient care plans
    • Collaborating with the care team to meet patient needs
    • Administering medications and treatments
    • Providing pre- and post-operative care
    • Offering patient and family education
    • Assisting with discharge plans

    Requirements for this position include:

    • 2 years of recent clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
    • Current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License
