    Position Summary:

    Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the scheduling system to ensure accurate employee time and attendance records. Troubleshoots current and potential issues to minimize/eliminate disruptions. Provides education and support to the staff ensuring consistent application across users. Provides administrative/clerical support to department staff.
    Essential Functions and Responsibilities

    :

    Maintains and monitors scheduling system to ensure accurate employee time and attendance records.
    Provides education and training on the operation of the scheduling system.

    Investigates potential and reported issues/errors with the system that occur due to data interfaces between the scheduling system and other integrated information systems.

    Acts as a liaison between end users and information system experts to resolve system issues. May work with vendors to resolve software problems.
    Acts as system resource to end users; answering questions and resolving their issues.
    Assists in development of standard processes and procedures as related to the scheduling system.
    Recommends changes to increase overall department effectiveness.
    Required:

    ·

    Associate degree in business related field.
    ·

    Two years of experience in a health care setting.
    Preferred:

    ·

    Prior experience with staffing and scheduling systems, such as Clairvia, Kronos, or Ansos.
    ·

    Prior experience with onboarding, orientation or training activities.
