    The Opportunity:

    As a Firmware Validation Technician, you will be part of a team engaged in the validation of BIOS/FW for Server/client PC products. You will execute cross component test cases and regression checks and file quality bugs within permissible limits of the program.

    This is 100% onsite position, and you will be working in a lab located at a client site.

    Your job responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • the FW features and the test cases to validate them Execution of test cases, provide the test results and report defects Prepare test systems (client & servers) by assembling the required hardware, flashing FW and installing OS Perform bug reproduction and fix verification activities.
    • the assigned test grid without deviation from the given test steps
    • the product failures and report it in test repository and bug tracker
    • regression check
    • cross component execution
    • the expected behaviour of products across components

    What we need:

    4+ year of experience in the following areas:

    • of BIOS/FW/platform of Server/Client with x86 architecture
    • features
    • test cases (Understand, articulate and isolate the issues observed during test execution)
    • and interfaces in a PC Client/server system
    • client computer system
    • be working at client location in Hillsboro, there is no option for remote or Hybrid work
