    Behavioral Clinician Role Summary

    As an integral role within Communitas Inc's Administrative Department, the Behavioral Clinician works across our Day Programs providing therapeutic support to Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Traumatic Brain Injury.
    • Conduct functional behavior assessments for adults with developmental disabilities.
    • Develop individualized behavior support plans in accordance with DDS and MassHealth guidelines.
