- Provide customer IT support in the operation and maintenance of the virtual and physical infrastructure in deployed and on-premises computing environments
- Responsible for providing operational support across a wide-range of virtualized Microsoft Windows, client systems, and Audio-Visual (AV) services
- Provide support for a client base of Windows 10 and Office 2016/2019/Office 365 products across physical laptops/desktops and thin/zero clients
- Bachelor's and nine (9)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
- Must be able to install, configure, troubleshoot Cisco and Aruba switches
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting VPN software
- Experience with Wireless controllers
- Must be able to install, configure and troubleshoot ESXi, vSphere and Connection Server
- Must have a current DoD IAT Level II or higher such as CompTIA Security+ CE, CySA+, CASP+, OR CISSP etc.)
- Must have an Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
- Must be a current US Citizen
