We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and bilingual Chiropractic Assistant/Case Manager who genuinely loves helping people and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Position Summary
The Chiropractic Assistant/Case Manager plays a vital role in the daily operations of the clinic and the patient experience. This role requires strong people skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and check them in and out
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Set patients up on therapies and assist with treatment flow
- Follow up with patients who have missed appointments
- Coordinate and communicate with attorney offices and insurance representatives
- Complete and submit referrals to other healthcare providers or clinics
- Assist with social media marketing tasks and basic content support
- Provide administrative and clinical support to the doctor as needed
- Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Friendly, compassionate, and enjoys working with people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in a healthcare or customer-service environment
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Prior chiropractic, medical, or healthcare office experience is a plus but not required
- Bonus if you have social media marketing skills with Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $20–$22 per hour, based on experience
