    Job Title: HR Generalist- Multi-Industry Management Company

    Location: Plano, TX

    Compensation: $55,000 - $62,000 annually

    In-Office, 8AM 5PM, M-F

    Reports to: COO, CEO

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Generalist to lead our HR initiatives across diverse industries within our management company. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals, foster a positive workplace culture, and support the growth and development of our talented workforce.

    Responsibilities:

    Strategic HR Leadership:

    o Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives

    o Evaluate and implement new software to streamline business

    o Create employee handbooks and implement recruiting, hiring, firing and disciplinary policies

    o Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and foster a culture of innovation, diversity, and inclusion

    Talent Acquisition and Management:

    o Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, from workforce planning to onboarding, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent

    o Implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, performance management, and employee development programs

    Employee Relations:

    o Proactively manage employee relations matters, providing guidance, mediation, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive and productive work environment

    o Implement policies and procedures that promote fair and consistent treatment of all employees

    Compensation and Benefits:

    o Lead the development and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs

    o Conduct regular market analyses to ensure the company's total rewards package remains competitive and aligned with industry standards

    o Run payroll and evaluate existing payroll systems

    o Handle all workmans comp, unemployment and insurance policies related to staffing

    Learning and Development:

    o Design and implement learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth

    o Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate continuous learning opportunities

    o Create SOPs to follow across all industries

    HR Compliance:

    o Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations across multiple industries

    o Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in employment legislation, advising leadership on potential impacts and adjustments

    Employee Engagement and Retention:

    o Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to enhance job satisfaction, retention, and overall employee morale

    o Conduct regular surveys and feedback mechanisms to assess employee sentiment and implement improvement initiatives

    HR Technology:

    o Evaluate, implement, and optimize HR technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making

    o Oversee the maintenance of accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality

    o Oversee HR budget restraints and create reports YOU MUST LOVE REPORTS

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

    Proven experience as an HR leader in a multi-industry environment, with a track record of successfully driving HR initiatives (3+ years)

    Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations applicable to diverse industries

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels

    Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR strategies and actions

    Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development

    People Management: Proficiency in developing and implementing HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain talent

    In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in the Texas market
