- Responsible to oversee all front house activities and operations.
- Ensure that staff members are familiar with all menu items, ingredients, specials, and prices.
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints.
- Establish controls to minimize waste and theft.
- Ensure that all food safety ordinances and regulations are followed.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Verify legal age (21) of patrons ordering alcohol.
- Ensure compliance with ABLE Commission Rules and Alcohol Sale & Distribution Procedures.
- Forecast staffing, hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure staffing levels are adequate for business needs.
- Evaluate, coach, and mentor employees as often as necessary to ensure successful operations.
- Enforce agency rules and departmental policies and procedures.
- Execute payroll and performance management responsibilities as required.
- Manage departmental budget. Evaluate sales and recognize trends in order to recommend business strategies and promotions that lead to increased revenues and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with Tip Reporting Procedures and Title 31 requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
