- Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, providing insights and guidance to clients and team members.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on all tax-related matters.
- Participate in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and fostering growth for the firm.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required.
- 4+ years of experience in public accounting, specializing in tax planning and compliance.
- Strong technical expertise in federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of effectively managing teams.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
