    Qualifications:


    • Talking and listening are integral to communication with guests, supervisors, and subordinates.
    • Must have robust and flexible interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with individuals across the hotel, as this role involves interacting with everyone.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Pays attention to detail with excellent planning and organizational abilities.
    • Ability to travel to attend meetings, tradeshows, conventions, etc.
    • Must possess a valid driver's license.
    Responsibilities:


    • Assist the sales team in maximizing revenue and reservations.
    • In addition to guest rooms, many hotels provide additional offerings such as meeting and banquet spaces, and the sales coordinator aides in facilitating these revenue-generating initiatives.
    • Will be involved in guiding clients through the sales journey, addressing inquiries, and ensuring seamless execution of meetings and events.
    • Recognize that the various IT systems such as STS, Delphi, etc., utilized in sales are valuable tools. Ensure timely and accurate input and updates of information, as this is essential for smooth event execution. Regularly conduct audits of your work by running reports, reviewing group updates, and verifying client information for completeness and accuracy
