ServiceNow Dev/Admin
Location: On-site in Tampa, FL - 5 days a week (will likely need relocation candidates)
Duration: Government contract through 2029
Vendor Note:

• Clearance Needed: Secret Clearance at minimum, clearable up to TS/SCI((which also requires them to be a USC)
• Basically they do need to be a ServiceNow Dev/Admin, but in addition to that they need some system engineering.
• So things like installing MID servers, LDAP, linux administration, things like that are going to be things they need to have as well

Must Have Skills:
-5-7+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and administration
-Experience installing and configuring MID Servers with Linux, creating custom SNMP Patterns, Data Policy, etc.
-Experience in ITSM and CMDB at minimum
-Integrations into CMDB
Nice to have skills:
- ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, and then portfolio management
-Linux admin functions
-Maria DB
-Implementation experience
-ITIL 4 CERT
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects.
• Participate in discovery and learning phases
• Perform hands-on development and coding and ServiceNow scripting.
• Implement and configure ServiceNow
• Ensure compliance with TS/SCI requirements and access to SCI facilities.

Qualifications:

• Strong administrative and development skills, with hands-on experience in coding and scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementation and configuration.
• ServiceNow Admin Certification and sec+ is required; ITIL4 certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
