    ~ Nursing Home Administrator (Executive Director) Responsibilities

    The Nursing Home Administrator (Executive Director) oversees the day-to-day operations of the facility to meet State and Federal regulations and supervises all department managers to ensure the facility is in compliance.

    The Administrator is responsible for the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans while meeting or exceeding quality, clinical and utilization standards, performance measures, and financial productivity objectives.

    As a Nursing Home Administrator (Executive Director), you will also ensure premier customer service while facilitating resolutions of resident care issues.

    Nursing Home Administrator (Executive Director) Requirements

    Possess excellent knowledge and experience in regulatory compliance, human resource development and management, nursing management, budget processes, and census and business development.

    Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
    Previous Nursing Home Administrator (Executive Director) experience in Skilled Nursing Facility required.
    Commitment to team-oriented outcomes and quality care.

    Possess effective communication skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large.

    Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care.
