Base Salary:
$60,000 $65,000 + commission + bonus

Total Compensation:
$80,000 $85,000

Products are sold through a direct sales force in the U.S. and Western Europe.

We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative to manage and grow a well-established territory in Southern California (From Bakersfield south to San Diego.) With excellent market penetration and a strong brand reputation, this is an opportunity to succeed and build a long-term career characterized by position and income growth.

About the Role:

The Technical Sales Representative builds relationships in the field, conducting site visits, demonstrating products, and influencing decision-makers on commercial roofing projects.

You'll engage with roofing contractors, installers, foremen, general contractors, and other professionals who impact product selection and usage.

Responsibilities also include conducting pull tests on flat or low-slope roofs and providing technical support to ensure successful product application.

Success in this role requires the ability to engage and influence decision-makers, strong communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and effective time management.

Comprehensive training will provide the product knowledge and technical skills needed to excel.

This is a home-based role with regular travel throughout Southern California (from Bakersfield to San Diego) in a company vehicle.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary:
$60,000 $65,000 + commission + bonus (total $80,000 $85,000)
Company vehicle, phone allowance, and expense coverage

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships by engaging and supporting roofing contractors and purchase influencers

Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and pull tests on flat or low-slope roofs

Manage territory operations independently from a home office

Identify customer needs and drive product usage

Maintain accurate reports and communicate with sales leadership


Qualifications:
1 8 years of sales, service, or construction-related experience

Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated and organized

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Bachelor's degree preferred; associate's considered


Location:
Southern California (from Bakersfield to San Diego)


Preferred home base:
Riverside, Ontario or San Bernardino Area.
