    The Residence Idaho Falls is now taking applications for the position of Breakfast Lead Supervisor.

    Reports to : Hotels Assistant General Manager

    Summary of Duties and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions

    Shift Time Morning Hours ending at noon each day
    5 AM to Noon
    • Supervises the day- to- day operations of an assigned area of the property (breakfast area); ensures that the dining area, buffet station and back of the house kitchen area area clean, restocked and straightened; trains associates in proper work procedures, safety, customer service; may be assigned to track inventory and order breakfast supplies; fosters 100% guest satisfaction through standards encouraging genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations; listens to associates and guests; apologizes with empathy as appropriate and follows through when resolving guest concerns.
    • Works breakfast along with assigned staff to promote TOTAL TEAM menially.
    • May be assigned to worked Weekend and Holidays
    Minimum Qualifications
    • At least 1 year of Breakfast Attendant experience
    • Able to collaborate effectively with subordinate staff and peers
    • Must be able and willing to meet with AGM daily or weekly for updates and new procedures with Breakfast standards. And to ensure other breakfast members are trained and following same requirements.
    • Able and willing to "LEAD BY EXAMPLE" in order to retain and maintain the respect of fellow team members
    • Ability to come in and cover shifts and work shifts as needed and on a short notice.
    • Ability to work a variable work schedule.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
    • Ability to proper lifting techniques; can lift up to 50 LBS.
    • Ability to use cleaning materials, supplies and equipment.
    • Understands food safety and sanitation
