- Supervise and coordinate staff activities at the residence.
- Schedule and lead weekly staff meetings.
- Accurately complete residential reports and attend all Program Planning Team meetings.
- Serve as the key contact between contracted services/agencies for prompt coordination.
- Ensure timely correction of physical environment shortcomings and adhere to regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain emergency evacuation records in line with state and federal rules.
- Create and manage the home's budget, ensuring operations stay within budgetary limits.
- Participate in In-Service training sessions.
- Obtain certifications in First Aid, CPR, SCIP, Medication Administration within the first 3 months of employment.
- Assume direct responsibility for consumers' health, safety, and well-being in the residence.
- Follow all Hawthorne Foundation policies and procedures.
- Available on call 24/7.
