    Hawthorne Foundation Inc. proudly presents a new SIGN-ON BONUS of $1500 for fresh full-time employees:

    • $750 on completion of 3 months of employment
    • $750 on completion of 6 months of employment

    Organization Profile:
    Hawthorne Foundation Inc. dedicates its services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, offering a range of educational, vocational, and life skills programs. Additionally, they provide parent training, recreational activities, and crisis intervention.

    Upholding an Applied Behavior Analysis methodology, the organization strives to deliver top-notch educational, habilitative, vocational, and recreational services to individuals with autism and other intellectual disabilities.

    Job Responsibilities (Residential Manager):

    • Supervise and coordinate staff activities at the residence.
    • Schedule and lead weekly staff meetings.
    • Accurately complete residential reports and attend all Program Planning Team meetings.
    • Serve as the key contact between contracted services/agencies for prompt coordination.
    • Ensure timely correction of physical environment shortcomings and adhere to regulatory compliance.
    • Develop and maintain emergency evacuation records in line with state and federal rules.
    • Create and manage the home's budget, ensuring operations stay within budgetary limits.
    • Participate in In-Service training sessions.
    • Obtain certifications in First Aid, CPR, SCIP, Medication Administration within the first 3 months of employment.
    • Assume direct responsibility for consumers' health, safety, and well-being in the residence.
    • Follow all Hawthorne Foundation policies and procedures.
    • Available on call 24/7.

    Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Social Services, Psychology, and/or Human Development

    Required Experience: Minimum two years working with adults with disabilities

    Required License or Certification: CPR/AED, SCIP-R, AMAP Certified

    Salary Range: $60,000 - $69,000 per year
