    Position Details:

    • Position: Operations Processor (Mailroom Processor)
    • Industry: Banking
    • Job duration: 3 months (Possible Extension)
    • Shift working: Thu-Mon (7 AM to 3:30 PM) OR Fri-Tue (10 PM to 6:30 AM)
    • Location: Philadelphia, PA 19106 (Onsite)
    • Pay range: $ /hr. (without benefits)

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
    • Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
    • Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
    • Open and prepare incoming payments for processing
    • Prep and dispatch outbound packages
    • Miscellaneous mail duties
    • Sort and stage incoming mail
    • Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
    • Work under supervision following established procedures
