    ROLE SUMMARY:

    The eCommerce Marketing associate will be a key player in the Commerce Marketing team. This individual will support brand leads in building eCommerce campaigns across beer & RTD products across on-site & off-site campaigns. This individual will be responsible for content deliverables, campaign optimizations and performance dashboards.

    Job Responsibilities


    • Support a brand lead in building eCommerce campaigns that hero & educate around RTD product delivery (whether briefing for new or sourcing from existing)


    • Inclusive and not limited to paid media & always on campaign


    • Assist in executing eCommerce content deliverables for on-site media strategy & execution in partnership with media, sales & brand team leads


    • Responsible for monitoring, analyzing & optimizing on-site & off-site eCommerce campaigns


    • Responsible for creating performance & learning reporting dashboards across eCommerce campaigns


    • Responsible for organizing and managing eCommerce content across beer & RTD brands


    • Assist in ideating innovative tactics for on-site & off-site in partnership with brand team leads


    • Assist in the brand copy and content creation alongside digital shelf lead

    Job Qualifications


    • 1-3 years' experience in CPG, digital marketing, retail or eCommerce space preferred


    • Photoshop and creative experience as a plus


    • Experience working with online paid media, online content management, and site optimization experience required


    • Experience around data analysis


    • Excellent communication and organizational skills


    • Undergraduate degree required


    • Expert level Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills


    • Experience with social media data such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat is a plus, but not required.


    • Strong sense of responsibility, takes ownership, self-starter and proactive attitude.
