    Description

    Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our Corporate Healthcare team at AccentCare.

    As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all cases are staffed, receiving requests for home care services from clients/coordinators, and scheduling/rescheduling Care Partners as necessary.

    You will also confirm and verify schedules with clients and Care Partners, verifying that all home care visits are made while maintaining schedules in the system.

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive requests for home care services and schedule/reschedule Care Partners as necessary.
    • Gather all necessary case information from caller.
    • Check Care Partner availability in ContinuLink.
    • Schedule/reschedule Care Partners based on case requirements and availability and call client to confirm care schedule.
    • Confirm Care Partner availability and understanding of the case.
    • Responsible for entering and maintaining schedules in ContinuLink system.
    • Maintain all client information/changes daily.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
    • Minimum one year home care experience, human resources, community service and/or supervisory experience.
    • Scheduling experience in the staffing industry preferred.
