- Prepare, submit, and maintain hospital licensure and regulatory filings with state agencies, Medicare, Medicaid, Boards of Pharmacy, CLIA, DEA, and other regulatory bodies.
- Maintain corporate and regulatory records for the organization and affiliated entities across multiple states.
- Track, calendar, and manage deadlines for:
- Licenses and permits
- Annual reports
- Regulatory and compliance filings
- Assist with preparation and submission of documentation related to audits and regulatory reviews.
- Support legal due diligence activities for acquisitions, divestitures, and other business transactions.
- Create, organize, and maintain electronic databases and document repositories related to regulatory compliance.
- Provide documentation and support to internal stakeholders, auditors, and external partners as needed.
- Research and monitor state and federal regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned by the Chief Legal Officer.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal, regulatory, or compliance role within a healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated experience with hospital licensure and regulatory filings.
- Paralegal Certificate preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-state healthcare operations strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and compliance filings.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and track regulatory requirements.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
