    Description:Leads the production team on the line. Cross-trained on all production equipment/lines.

    Performs various tasks, including, but not limited to:
    operating, setup/changeover, minor mechanical adjustments and sanitizing of the production equipment. Completes quality checks and downtime accurately, aswell as production paperwork.


    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    Must Haves:

    • leadership experience
    • GMP process knowledge (food, chem, pharma), LEAN mfg
    • ERP manufacturing systems experience
    • Production scheduling and budgetary knowledgeJob Responsibilities? Lead team operating the applicable production line? Champion safety and quality guidelines (strong relationship to quality dept)? Prepare production equipment for runs including proper safety checks and documentation? Operate all production equipment? Conduct efficient product changeovers? Maintain production areas in proper state of cleanliness and follow all SOPs; follow GMPs andkeep company in compliance with certifications? Perform production counts, quality checks and downtime recording? Maintain 5s in the production department? Properly handle blends and materials? Report on defective ingredients or machinery
