    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive with a strong background in ERP or CRM. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for driving new business acquisition within target market segments. As an integral member of their sales team, you will leverage your expertise in ERP or CRM to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and target potential clients in need of ERP or CRM solutions.
    • Prospect, qualify, and engage with key decision-makers within target accounts to understand their business needs and challenges.
    • Articulate the value proposition of solutions and services to prospects, demonstrating how they can address their specific requirements.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities through the sales cycle and driving them to closure.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales leadership, presales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position solutions in the marketplace.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently delivering on quarterly and annual revenue goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in selling ERP or CRM solutions.
    • Strong understanding of ERP or CRM systems and their role in optimizing business operations.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and navigate multiple stakeholders within client organizations.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
