    Description

    Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.

    Maintains a professional image by wearing required uniform and nametag at all times.

    Address member concerns in a professional and timely manner.

    Completes checklist of housekeeping tasks for each shift worked, assuring completion of all necessary cleaning.


    Checklist to include some or all of the following dusting, and polishing furniture, counters, equipment, mirrors, fixtures, windows, walls, and woodwork; sweeping, scrubbing and waxing floors; cleaning and vacuuming carpets; restocking restrooms and locker room amenities; replacing paper products.

    Removes trash and maintains interior appearance by picking up papers, emptying trash containers; transporting materials to disposal area.

    Notifies manager of all repairs needed in area of responsibility.

    Keeps all supplies well stocked.

    Notifies supervisor when supplies are low and assists with ordering.

    Keeps cleaning products safe and usable by utilizing safe and proper mixing techniques per labeling

    instructions.


    Demonstrates comprehension and compliance of policies related to infectious/ hazardous waste, infection control hazardous communication, safety regulations, OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standard.

    Collects soiled laundry in a timely manner.

    Washes and dries laundry according to proper washer and dryer procedures.

    Folds laundry in a neat, timely manner.

    Restocks laundry in a neat, timely manner as needed.

    Work Schedule: 80 hours bi-weekly


    Qualifications /Training:
    Six month related work experience preferred


    Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education:
    High School Diploma/GED from an accredited school preferred.
