- Developing, defining, and implementing cohesive, integrated program and business plans that achieve the current and long-term objectives of the Autonomous Undersea Systems business. You will identify needed resources for projects, define and assign major program roles, set integrated budget, and schedule baselines, and monitor work accomplished to baseline plans to ensure rate of work completion is sufficient to meet program schedules. We'll rely on you to balance program risks and opportunities with executable strategies to meet technical requirements and budgets. You will interface with our customers in the U.S. Department of Defense, including the U.S. Navy, to ensure alignment and transparency at all phases, from development through delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Unmanned Underwater Vehicle products and technologies, including current and potential applications
- Successful track record of leading large DoD-focused programs with both development and production elements
- Experience in delivering technology products in a high-growth environment, with a demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into requirements.
- Demonstrated experience creating operational plans and forecasts, executing business strategies with positive results.
- Exceptional communication skills to relay issues, impacts, and corrective actions on programs to internal and external representatives
