- 2-3+ years of experience in operations support.
- Hands on experience with either Windows or Linux servers.
- Proficiency in navigating and troubleshooting within these systems.
Desired Skills & Experience- Experience with Shell/PowerShell scripting, SQL, or any other equivalent.
- Experience of Monitoring or Automation Tools: Tivoli, Sensu, Autosys, ServiceNow, AppDynamics.
- Knowledge of TLS certificates, PKI Technology.
