    Our Program and Construction Management division has an immediate need for a Construction Project Executive to oversee multiple construction programs throughout the five boroughs.

    Responsible for the successful execution of all construction projects from inception to completion

    Oversees and assesses all components of the Project Master Schedule throughout the life-cycle of the project to ensure contractual obligations are met and to hold team members accountable to all expectations.

    Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, building codes and safety standards
    Ensure projects are delivered within budget, on time and meeting with the highest quality and service standards
    20+ years of successful construction project management experience
    Candidate should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in engineering, architecture or construction management
    Must have in depth knowledge of New York City construction market
    Experience managing an integrated team on large complex and multi-phase capital programs consisting of multiple project elements
    Demonstrated experience providing leadership of a team in an integrated project delivery organization
    Prior experience with large, public-sector projects a must
