- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance Training & Development programs aimed at improving employee skills, performance, and career growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR Business Partners to deliver high-quality HR services and support to managers and employees across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations in all states where the company operates.
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success.
- Oversee talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
- Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.
- Develop and manage HR budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational change initiatives and promote a positive and productive work culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on Training & Development and managing HRBP's
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in multiple states.
