As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Vice President of Human Resources to join our leadership team.

    Position Overview: We are looking for an exceptional Vice President of Human Resources (HR) who will be responsible for leading our HR function with a focus on Training & Development, managing a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring compliance across multiple states, and providing strategic guidance to senior leadership. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving organizational effectiveness, fostering employee engagement, and implementing best practices in HR management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance Training & Development programs aimed at improving employee skills, performance, and career growth.
    • Lead and mentor a team of HR Business Partners to deliver high-quality HR services and support to managers and employees across the organization.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations in all states where the company operates.
    • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success.
    • Oversee talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
    • Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.
    • Develop and manage HR budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational change initiatives and promote a positive and productive work culture.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
    • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on Training & Development and managing HRBP's
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in multiple states.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business results.
    • Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams and fostering a positive work environment.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
