Hobson Prior is seeking a dedicated Hematology Clinical Account Manager.

This role focuses on representing our products and services to a defined customer base, generating and growing sales, and consistently achieving sales goals within a specific geographic area.

The successful candidate will actively promote the appropriate use of our products to healthcare professionals in accordance with all Corporate, PhRMA, and OIG guidelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesRepresenting our products and services to a defined customer base.
Generating and growing sales within a specific geographic area.
Actively promoting the appropriate use of our products to healthcare professionals.
Developing and implementing a territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals.
Conducting weekly analysis of territory sales data to help prioritize physician targeting and ensure accurate reporting of physicians.

Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our products and competitor products in their therapeutic area, and an in-depth knowledge of the disease states.

RequirementsExperience in dedicated hospital selling within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry.
Familiarity with single source pharmacies, reimbursement programs, managed care, and formulary.
Hematology experience with a demonstrated history of high sales performance within the Arkansas territory.
Prior work experience within the Arkansas territory.
