    Job Description Summary:
    This position administers routine physical therapy treatment as directed by a Physical Therapist. He/She monitors exercise programs, applies modalities and assists with discharge planning as directed by a Physical Therapist.


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Associate's Degree (Required)OTPT - Occupational and Physical Therapy License - Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Athletic Trainers, PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant - American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties

    Physical Therapist Assistant Program or graduate of accredited PTA program. Licensed by the State of Ohio. Participation in student clinic rotations. in modalities to prevent injuries. Continuing in area of interest relevant to work assignment. New graduates with excellent references and/or one year rehabilitation Experience.
